Some places expect you to pay top dollar for little more than a closet-sized room. Or, they only give you access during their business hours. Salons and gyms have constant noise and regular disruptions. Leasing your own space can cost thousands in deposits and renovations. The "By the hour" locations are sometimes flat-out sketchy.

Massage Naturally was established and is run by professional Massage Therapists. We understand what LMTs want and need in a studio because we work here daily. You and your clients will feel the difference the moment you set foot inside. It just feels good to be here.

Every LMT renting space with us is an established part of the studio. Your name will be highlighted on the Massage Naturally website and displayed at the front door.

We try to keep LMT turnover to a minimum. Most of us have been here for years. An ideal renter has at least a few years of industry experience, a dependable clientele, and a clear business direction.

Because most of our massage rooms are "Shared Use," renters must be comfortable communicating and understanding professional boundaries.

Our LMT's  tend to be very collaborative. We view each other as co-workers and not competition. If you've been in the industry a while you've probably noticed that independent massage therapy can feel very isolating at times. LMTs often spend hours a day working almost silently with a client focus. You'll find it's incredibly refreshing to work in a space where you have the opportunity to chat with another LMT. Sharing a smile (or a smoothie) with a peer can be  pretty great.

Every therapist cleans and sanitizes the massage room when they're done with it for the day. All of our renters have an Oregon License for Massage Therapy and Professional Insurance. We do not rent to students or unlicensed practitioners.

Sharing a room gives LMTs a chance to work in a spa like environment even if they are independent and only want to work 1 or 2 days a week.

All part time LMT's have a clearly set day/s of the week, no surprises, no overlap. Since Massage Naturally has been renting shared use rooms for over a decade you can trust that we have a time tested system that works for everyone.

For full time therapists, renting a dedicated room at Massage Naturally gives you a spa like environment without the overhead or hassle of running a spa. Full time renters save $250 over our 'shared use room' cost.

The massage rooms at Massage Naturally are all fully furnished but full time renters are welcome to bring in their own furniture, decorations, and supplies.

Massage Naturally is a 1,300 sq foot massage studio. We are ADA accessible with ample free parking for LMTs and clients. We have 5 fully equipped and decorated massage rooms for rent, 2 comunity client spaces (a lobby & a relaxation nook), a code secured break room, an ADA compliant in studio restroom stocked with amenities, a kitchenette, tons of storage space for your supplies. Free WIFI, copy machine & printer. We have central heat and air conditioning. The studio environment is regularly updated.

Have a gig coming up where you need a massage table or chair for a couple days? We have rental equipment available for very reasonable prices.

Refundable deposit required. Must be a licensed and insured massage therapist in Oregon.
